Stopped by this restaurant on a whim. So glad I did, food was very good, and it was hot!!! Hard to find places that still serve pizza by the slice. Kudos to Keisha, the waitress, she was extremely helpful and very customer focused. Will definitely go back.

I've eaten at Frank's countless times and never had an issue before. However, on Sunday my party of 7 visited around 1:00 PM and were seated at two adjacent booths. When I asked if we could push two tables together I was reluctantly told I could, but the waitresses kept trying to discouraging me from doing so which I found odd. Finally, one of the waitresses said, "You can sit there if you want to wait at least an hour and a half for your food." I was told it would take so long because they had "30 to-go orders from their 'regular customers' that I'd have to wait to get completed." Now, why didn't they tell us it was going to be an hour and a halt wait when they first seated us? I definitely felt like they didn't want us there and I let them know as much. I'm not sure I'll go back which is a shame. Up until then, I had no complaints, but truth be told there *are* better places for the same dishes in Vinton (there just a mile or two further down the road from me).
